About Us
Qubix Group are your trusted partners in creating workable and efficient solutions across the sectors of Health & Safety, CDM, Compliance, Asbestos Management and Construction. Founded by Peter Brewster and Luke Bowen, Qubix Group have been supporting clients across the UK with a ‘turn-key’ solution to their property and project requirements since 2013.
The ‘Group’ was born out of a commitment to improve health and safety and provide an approachable and customer focused service when assisting clients in navigating the complexities of health and safety and regulatory compliance. Over the course of the last 10 years; through determination and hard work, Qubix Group steadily grew while earning the trust and confidence of clients and partners along the way. During this time, we have expanded into different sectors but have always maintained our core values of integrity, transparency and a customer focused service at the heart of each division. Joined by Russ Whish in 2024 embracing his multi skilled background to further develop and grow the group. At Qubix Group our commitment to the continual development of our service ensures that client satisfaction is at the core of everything that we do. We firmly believe that success is not a destination but an ongoing journey and it is through continuous improvement that we develop our service.

Pete Brewster
Group Director
Pete has been involved in the construction industry for over 35 years’ from early beginnings as a ‘Royal Engineer’ undertaking bridge construction projects, to now assisting clients with large-scale refurbishment and new build schemes.
Luke Bowen
Group Director
Luke has over 15 years’ experience in the regulatory compliance industry. During this period, Luke has supported a wide variety of clients including local authorities, large educational establishments and blue-chip companies in providing assistance with asbestos and legionella compliance.
Russ Whish
Group Director
Russ has diverse knowledge and experience across many aspects of the Construction industry with over 30 years’ experience specialising in refurbishment and interior fit out as a project health and safety manager in many sectors. This has lead to evoni, building on new and old relationships.
Jordan Macleod
Operations Director
Jordan has worked in environmental waste and asbestos removal for over 11 years’. During this period, he has gained extensive knowledge and valuable experience in these industries and utilises these skills in managing asbestos removal projects for a wide variety of clients across the UK.
Ella Williams
Group Accounts Manager
Ella has a broad experience of accounting and operational administration and assists all five divisions within ‘Qubix Group’, ensuring that the teams are fully supported to exceed client expectations.
Daniel Quinn
Technical / Quality Manager
Daniel has 15 years’ experience in the asbestos industry from on-site consultancy to project management and also assisting consultancies with improving internal technical & quality management systems. Daniel has assisted a wide variety of clients in providing knowledge of the 'Control of Asbestos Regulations' along with other relevant asbestos guidance documentation and legislation.
Chris Padley
Site Supervisor
Chris is a qualified carpenter and joiner with over 35 years’ experience. From his initial training within the ‘Royal Engineers’, Chris moved on to managing multiple trades undertaking maintenance works for a national care group. Chris has also trained in asbestos removal and now manages both removal and subsequent reinstatement works.
Greg Braddick
Senior Surveyor
Greg has 10 years’ experience in the asbestos industry; undertaking Management / Refurbishment & Demolition Surveys of domestic, commercial and industrial premises across the UK.
Dean Fixter
H&S CDM / Project Manager
Dean has extensive experience in the construction industry, as a site manager completing multi-million pound refurbishments. Dean's expertise and dedicated nature provide a core foundation for both Project Management and the role of CDM / Safety Advisor.
